Tahlequah Trails Association is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization consisting of its executive board, its members, volunteers, and supporters that are dedicated to building and maintaining natural, sustainable trails in the northeast Oklahoma region. The organization was founded in 2019 by a group of local community members interested in outdoor recreation and improving our community through access to trails and outdoor space for all ages to enjoy. Creating greater opportunities for hikers, mountain bikers, and trail runners to live an active and outdoor lifestyle.
TTA is currently working to develop approximately 10 miles of trails on 200 acres of land located east of the City of Tahlequah. TTA works with local, state, and federal agencies to conserve the natural environment for recreational experiences. We are partnering with a variety of groups, land managers, and businesses for numerous outdoor events including educational training in sustainable trail building and maintenance, volunteer opportunities, and future outdoor races, rides, and runs. Our overall goal is to provide safe, fun, and useful outdoor environments for many years to come for the community. TTA is a proud Chapter Member of the International Mountain Bike Association (IMBA). The Tahlequah Trails Association is powered by like minded people like you and we are stronger together in numbers!
