Our IMBA CHAPTER
TTA + IMBA PARTNERSHIPSoon after Tahlequah Trails Association formed, we applied and received the Trail Accelerator Grant (TAG) from IMBA. This grant gave TTA the expertise to plan, design and build the trails we had envisioned. TTA’s success in its trail project is directly related to our IMBA affiliation.
IMBA values align with TTA values: to grow the quality of our trails, increase a healthy trail community, use trails responsibly, protect the natural environment, increase partnerships with others that have shared visions and educate land managers and trail users. |
WHY YOU SHOULD BECOME A MEMBERThe majority of membership dues with IMBA are returned to TTA as an affiliated club. This allows TTA to build new trails and maintain completed trail systems. IMBA has many resources for helping affiliated organizations like TTA. Volunteer support tools, membership growth and retention, education, event management and funding opportunities to name a few. IMBA lends their strength to club affiliates from many years as leaders in their field. To become a supporting member of our IMBA chapter, click the link below.
